Long Distance Golf Balls Can Give Golfers an Almost Unfair Advantage
Friday, November 21st, 2008The game of golf is so sophisticated that every piece of equipment – including a simple golf ball – can determine a golfer’s final tally. That’s why golfers who want to lower their score should think about investing in long distance golf balls.
Quite a few golfers don’t believe that buying new golf balls will improve their game. But the reality is that some long distance golf balls give golfers such an “unfair advantage” that they may be banned from certain competitions and render some courses obsolete.
Two examples are the Condor® ‘S’ Ball and the mysterious ‘A’ ball. The former outdistanced the Titleist Pro V1 in its most recent test and managed to outdistance 15 major brands by up to 22 yards. The latter outdistanced seven of the best balls on the PGA Tour by as much as 13 yards, and continues to keep its name under wraps so that buyers can choose whether or not to reveal why they’re hitting longer shots.
Both balls are available at NGCGolf.com
